Looks like a pretty apartment building customer service is ok. I haven’t moved in yet but when we went to the office building to tour everything it looked beautiful.

So far so good! Vibe has been super helpful. Whenever I have any concerns or doubts, they answer my emails pretty quickly. Also, my roommates have been very nice as well, which I’m super happy about.

So far i love it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place itself seems very nice and of course it being brand new is a plus. Can’t wait for move in day!

I keep having issues and tops of issues. Every single time I call them. They have to call somebody else because they don’t know the answers. They’re still a dog charge on there for my service dog that was supposed to be taken care of Thursday. I’ve been given the wrong information three times and had to call back three times in one day.
