Stay far, far away from this place
I wish I could give this complex ZERO stars. The management do not care about the safety of their residents at this complex. They moved a dangerous roommate into my unit who broke our complex-issued TV, put holes in walls and doors, and also broke into my room and destroyed a few of my belongings. They merely put him there in order to fill rooms and meet a quota for residents. This roommate was clearly not of sound mind, but the management did not care. He was not removed and/or evicted until he was arrested. For your own sake (and your wallet's sake), LIVE ELSEWHERE.
Property Manager Responded: We are so sorry to hear about the incredibly distressing experience you've had. It's unacceptable that your living situation was compromised by the actions of another resident, and we deeply regret that the apartment was damaged in a result to someone's else's decision. We understand your frustration and anger, and we want to assure you that this is not the standard of living we aim to provide. However, if someone meets the rental criteria and passing their background screening upon applying to live at the property, we are legally obligated to let them sign a lease. We have roommate matching procedures we follow along with holding residents to the lease agreement they signed. If at any time, you have concerns, please bring them to our attention immediately so we can work to resolve the it. Please reach out to us directly at 9centralflorida@assetliving.com if you have ongoing issues or concerns.
