It's unacceptable that your living situation was compromised by the actions of another resident, and we deeply regret that the apartment was damaged in a result to someone's else's decision. We understand your frustration and anger, and we want to assure you that this is not the standard of living we aim to provide. However, if someone meets the rental criteria and passing their background screening upon applying to live at the property, we are legally obligated to let them sign a lease. We have roommate matching procedures we follow along with holding residents to the lease agreement they signed.
