Decently solid overall, I live in a 4bed 2bath. For what your paying its acceptable in quality and as long as you have all four rooms filled. You wont have to worry about overridge. Not gonna say its some top of the line experience. But, it works and thats all I need it to do.

The complex is a little bit on the older side, but it’s still nice. If u are in the back there is school that plays the drums and a metronome for very long and odd periods of time. The maintenance people are do their job really good too! However I have lost packages here and nothing could be done about it

The Pointe has been a great place to live! The amenities are great, the staff is always super nice. Other than some WiFi issues, I enjoy living at the pointe. The gated front entrance also makes me feel more safe here too!

Amazing place to live with an affordable price. Maintenance issues has been quick to fix in the apartments but slow to fix for the outside community (like the club house). I love love love the events they host though like the casino night event. These are so much fun.
