staff is super helpful and responsive and love the amenities! the apartment itself looks nothing like the pictures online. there’s no tv in the living room? my walls were super dirty and there was a crack in my door. the water was temporarily shut off the day i moved in. not a great experience so far but hoping it’ll get better!

I have had a positive experience living at The Pointe at Central. The staff have been helpful and responsive, and the community is generally clean, convenient, and comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the location is very useful for students because it is close to campus, stores, and daily needs. Overall, it has been a good place to live, especially for someone looking for student-friendly housing and an easy move-in process.

I've had a great experience living here. The apartment community is well-maintained, and the office staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whenever a maintenance request or general question comes up, the team provides prompt help and resolves the issue quickly. It’s a solid, reliable place to live, and I definitely recommend it!

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here. I like the proximity to UCF. I ride the shuttle and it is nice that the only stops are the apartment complex and UCF. Lots of events each month which is neat. The amenities are good as well. Kept in pretty good condition. Depending where your building is and the time of day, parking can be hard to find but you will find a spot it. Maintenance is good about getting to request within 48 business hours. I’ve had some repeated issues unfortunately, but they have continuously come out. I think you get what you pay for here, so not too many complaints. Don’t expect luxury but it’s definitely live-able. Walking distance of some good locations like a cafe and Walgreens. Then shuttle ride is like 15 min and the drive is like 6-8min (depending on the day and time).

so great that i renewed my lease twice so far. i love all the amenities and the events the staff plan. i also enjoy all the freebies given and waffle wednesdays.
