Lived in Neptune, Nike, Towers, and Knights Circle, and this is by far the best experience of all of them, noise can be fixed easily by throwing in thick rugs or some things on the walls.

The Rook has honestly been one of the best apartment complexes that I have lived in throughout all my time in college. The move in was so easy, and they helped me with any questions I had. All the amenities are great and there is nothing that I have to complain about.
