The apartment itself amenities are nice. I wish the rooms were bigger and there was a bit more soundproofing. My main issue lies with the staff and their lack of communication and bad communication skills.

I’ve had such a great experience living at The Rook Orlando! The apartments are beautiful and modern, and the amenities are amazing. There are so many great spaces to enjoy, whether I’m studying, hanging out with friends, or just relaxing after a busy day. The location is another huge plus. There is so much close by, which makes everyday life so convenient, especially as a UCF student. I love being able to have everything I need within easy reach. What really stands out to me, though, is how attentive the staff is. They are always so friendly and welcoming, and anytime I need anything, they are quick to help. It’s nice knowing that the team genuinely cares about the residents and is always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, The Rook has been such a great place to call home, and I’m really happy with my experience here! Highly recommend ??

It’s nice here, besides having to get a work order I do like living here. I love how they do community events and update almost daily on instagram

I've had nothing but a good experience with the rook; the staff is friendly and helpful, and so far, there have been no issues with my lease.

I love here, the place is beautiful, very nice amenities and gym, personal is very helpful. All the things are brand new so the place feels perfect
