All the amenities (gym, pool, hot tub) are mid and so is the apartment complex itself. In my opinion, it is overpriced. The rooms are spacious and it is a good distance to ucf campus.

Leasing staff is why my rating earned more stars, they are great dispite the carelessness of the property owner. The propert itself needs major work and has pest control issues. I am constantly stepping in dog poop or pizza sloces discarded in the grass or sidewalks. I dont have ethernet in my apartment and have to pay two internet bills. I only renewed because of the leasing agents kindness and understanding. Property owner needs to do better.

Have not moved in yet but the application process has been great. They’ve communicated clearly and have been very quick to process docs. Looking forward to the pool and the free shuttle to UCF.

It’s pretty good aside from people littering and not listening to emails about trash. Also needs a new pavement layering by the gate. The gate is just for show, hasn’t worked since the second month of move in.
