The amenities are nice and in theory the location is good, however being so close to the frats is a pain. Any time there is a frat party they park in the apartment lot and it's hard to sleep when you can hear drunk people walking to and from Knights Library. Besides that the apartment has been very quick to fix any issues and is pretty nice

The Accolade West is great. If anything ever breaks, maintenance is quick and responsive. I’ve had no issues so far with the Accolade and would absolutely recommend it to someone else.

i literally hate it here. the people who work here are so rude. they will dead ah laugh at your face when asking for help for a few things such as AC breaking, power outtage, parking/tow issues, key fobs not working, and parking decals not properly opening the parking gate.

I will miss it here. I love going to the gym and feeling bougie. The bingo events are always fun and I like the occasional give aways. The furniture all matches and is really nice. The paint in the bedroom was all new with no pinholes. There a couple of white paint spots on the floor that are not cleanable but not any apartment is perfect. The best part about the living space is for sure the kitchen. The kitchen island is so spacious and I love the filtered reverse osmosis water button in the... fridge.
