The property is pretty good and is much better than many other student apartment options. What they don't tell you is that there is more than one block for the apartments, so you might be placed in another block that isn't the main building with all the amenities that they advertise. When we arrived the apartment was extremely dirty with a lot of trash and junk from previous residents. As well as half of the appliances such as the oven, micowave, dishwasher, and even the washing machine and... dryer were either dammaged or outright unusable. Other than those issues The property is pretty nice to stay in and secure (when the doors lock system is actually working).

not a big fan of new speed bumps and the mowers/leaf blowers go off way too early sometimes (like 8:00am) but that’s really all i have issues with

It’s not as nice and new as the pictures you see online anymore, it’s quite run down. Also everything in our apartment keeps breaking such as dishwasher, laundry machine and boiler. I chose accolade for the security of fobs for doors to the outside and many of them don’t shut all the way or are left open anyway so they’re always open allowing anyone to come in. On top of all that, I had a noise issue in my apartment that management confirmed was a builder problem inside the wall. They did an... invasive repair in my unit to try to fix it, but it didn’t solve anything. Even though it’s a structural issue that isn’t my fault, they refused any rent discount and told me my only option was to find someone myself to sublease the apartment. Had to email back and fourth with management for months regarding all of this and never received a proper resolution. For the price you pay here, it is not worth it.

Overall great experience, amazing maintence team especially, very kind and arrive quickly. decent community but the roads in the parking garage are too narrow and residents drive around recklessly. Great staff and amenities, the pool however is not always clean
