I would not recommend living here. Within the first month of moving in, we’ve already had five cockroaches in the apartment, along with consistent spider issues. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with pest problems so early into a lease, especially when you expect basic cleanliness and maintenance to be a priority.
On top of that, the front desk staff has been dismissive and unhelpful when concerns are brought up. Instead of feeling supported, we feel brushed off. To make matters worse, the... leasing office reportedly lost my roommate’s package, which adds to the ongoing lack of organization and accountability.
Overall, the experience has been disappointing. For the amount of rent being charged, basic standards of pest control, professionalism, and reliability should be met — and so far, they haven’t been.

I really like it here everyone is very nice and the staff are very helpful. It is peaceful and safe to live here and everywhere is gated so it is very protected

I love being able to have my therapy dog with me here at the apartment. He loves going for walks and occasionally going to play at the dog park!

I haven’t been yet at the residence but I can certainly say that the treatment that I’ve received in the past few weeks has been amazing. I just signed a sub lease and the experience and process has been extremely easy.
