The Accolade Village has been an amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained apartment complex. From the moment I moved in, the management and staff have been friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The amenities are top-notch, with clean common areas, a great fitness center, and well-kept outdoor spaces. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a... comfortable lifestyle. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and I’ve never had any major issues. The community feels safe and welcoming, making it a great place to call home. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, The Accolade Village provides a fantastic living experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. Five stars all the way!

Nice apartment but very overpriced. The management is really only there to make a profit off of young students. Overall a great place to live if you’re a ucf student.

My overall experience with this apartment is great. The place is very comfortable and the apartment has a great community. The apartment pool is very luxurious!

Living at The Accolade Collegiate Village West has been an incredible experience! The amenities here are top-notch—from the beautiful pool and modern fitness center to the study lounges and community events, there’s always something to enjoy. The management team is also fantastic; they are always helpful, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Any concerns are addressed quickly, making for a stress-free living experience. This is my second-year leasing at The Accolade, and I will say that the amenities are one of the main reasons that I renewed. They have so many great study areas and lowkey areas to just chill which I use a lot. I also love the various pool and gym areas! One thing I will note is that it is not very soundproof, you can hear all the noises from the halls, outside and your roommates but you do get used to it. The maintenance guys are also all super kind and come very quickly.
