I truly enjoy being here; it feels just like a relaxing resort. Enjoy going to the gym and the dog park is really nice for your pets. The pool is also really pretty.

I have truly enjoyed my time at The Accolade. It feels like home and offers all the amenities needed to support its residents. I’ve been here for almost a year, and I’m continually impressed by the staff and the support you receive whenever you need assistance.

I’ve had a good experience living at The Accolades West. The biggest advantage is the location — it’s super close to campus, which makes getting to class easy. The apartments are modern and furnished, and having your own bathroom is a big plus. Amenities like the pool and gym are convenient, and maintenance has been fairly responsive. It’s typical student housing, so noise can vary, but overall it’s a solid, convenient place to live for the price.

I would not recommend living here. Within the first month of moving in, we’ve already had five cockroaches in the apartment, along with consistent spider issues. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with pest problems so early into a lease, especially when you expect basic cleanliness and maintenance to be a priority.
On top of that, the front desk staff has been dismissive and unhelpful when concerns are brought up. Instead of feeling supported, we feel brushed off. To make matters worse, the... leasing office reportedly lost my roommate’s package, which adds to the ongoing lack of organization and accountability.
Overall, the experience has been disappointing. For the amount of rent being charged, basic standards of pest control, professionalism, and reliability should be met — and so far, they haven’t been.
