The Accolade is very clean and spacious. There are a decent amount of amenities and it is close to campus. It is also within walking distance to most food places.

poor managment, dishonest
Very disappointed. My daughter moved 3 months before lease was up. We turned in the keys and stickers and asked for a walk through while we there. We continued to pay the rent until the lease was done and than received a cleaning bill for a very clean room. Seems they do this to many of the kids no matter what. We specifically asked for a walk through and thought this had been completed. I had to call numerous times to even get a copy of the bill to pay it. I do not recommend.

Overall, it was very good! everything went smoothly and I didn't have big issues. A couple maintenance here and there but other than that it went fine.
