Always clean and quiet, i feel so safe here. The 24/7 open gym is so nice to always get a workout in. The bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen has new appliances.

I would genuinely never tell someone to live here. There is a huge cockroach issue, and management dismisses it like it’s no big deal. You will deal with pest problems (dead cockroaches all over) for months with little to no help. It is extremely expensive for a building that is dirty and makes you not want to live there. Looks great from the pictures but that’s about it.
The managers are very rude and do not care. They are absolutely unprofessional, and I would expect more for the high price. The office is not helpful when it comes to scanner issues. Nine times out of ten, I get put on hold and then hung up on when I call, even though I am a resident and have been for a while. This also happens to my roommates.
Overall, it has been a bad experience living here, and I do not recommend it.

The amenities are nice and in theory the location is good, however being so close to the frats is a pain. Any time there is a frat party they park in the apartment lot and it's hard to sleep when you can hear drunk people walking to and from Knights Library. Besides that the apartment has been very quick to fix any issues and is pretty nice
