Great experience overall. Maintenance is nice and responsive. Been here for three years and other than the price, I don’t really have any complaints.

accolade sucks, not that good, unsafe, high prices, high utility, high admin fees.The office staff is good but the building is not it. Can’t wait to move to somewhere new and not ruined by previous residents

Love the location and my overall experience! Pretty clean and feels like a comfortable place to live. Parking, especially for guests could be a lot better and more convenient. I appreciate that they are continuing to work on renovations! For the most part the staff is good at communicating and efficiently managing issues and concerns :)
