Things are rarely fixed. Still have a broken dishwasher after 11 months, and the disposal works about 60% of the time, and we've had it repaired 3 times. Even if you put "dont enter unless home," they will anyway and almost let our cat out when we looked for him for 10 min. Our security system has been off since we moved in. Parking is packed after 6 pm, so we had to buy a parking spot for $50/month, but it doesn't work at night because the leasing office isn't open so people can park wherever... they want. He refused to give me a refund on a place i couldn't park in. Management has changed 3 times, and now we use an app to pay rent? They also add extra fees each time, and now we are about $50 more pet month than when we started. The trash sometimes doesn't get picked up even though we pay $35 per month for it. Becasue it's "too heavy" "too large" etc. The trash bin only holds one bag, so if you have multiple raccoons, you will get in and rip up the bags because they decided not to pick them up that day. They also gave us a notice that if we wanted to keep our lease, we would have to pay $60 more per month on our next lease instead of continuing on our current lease. We've seen about 6 leasing agents come and go, and they rarely answer their email. oh, and when we moved in, they had us in the wrong apartment for a day on the first floor, not renovated and extremely dirty. the leasing office was closed once we picked up the keys, and we were forced o to keep our trailer for another day. keep in mind they never reimbursed us for any of this. they ended up moving us to a 2nd floor apartment the 2nd day and had us sign a new lease. we later found out that they had changed our lease to a 12 month least but still were charging us for the 7 month lease ($50) more per month. So 3 months in we got a refund and for $150 and 2 months later we realised they were charging it still. went in again, and they "fixed it" for the last time. there's a lot more about this place, but that's all I got for now.

Right off Rouse, this apartment complex has nice space and is a great place to live with roommates or with a small family. I've lived here for years and it's nice to walk outside without worrying about multiple flights of stairs that you see in apartment complexes that have those multiple story buildings. I'd highly recommend living here at Highpoint Club and will continue to do so!

I regret to say that my experience at Highpoint Club has been far from satisfactory. I left this property 2 months ago and will never look back.
Here are some of the major issues I encountered:
Poor Maintenance: The property is in poor condition due to inadequate maintenance. Despite numerous requests, essential repairs were either delayed or ignored. The plumbing issues and broken appliances were a constant source of frustration.
Unresponsive Management: The management team is unresponsive... and unhelpful. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered, and when a response is received, the solutions provided are often temporary and inadequate.
Cleanliness Issues: Common Areas are often dirty and poorly maintained. Trash is frequently left uncollected, and the overall hygiene of the property is subpar.
Overpriced for the Quality: Given the numerous issues, the rent is exorbitantly high for the quality of living provided. There are far better options available in the area for the same price.
I would not recommend Highpoint Club to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I love living in this quiet complex. I've always been treated nicely and I'd recommending other coming to enjoy the spacious floor plans and great amenities.

This is a safe community to live in! A bit pricey, but that’s the rental market today unfortunately, but I appreciate having a clean roof over my head.
