Nice home in a safe neighborhood, minutes to Aldi's South, National car rental and Mobile phone store, supermarkets, Mall, restaurants, major highways and 40 minute drive to Atlantic ocean, Disney World and Universal Studios. Rent includes, WiFi, a 3D printer use with your own supplies, WiFi printer, pool, air conditioning, free room cleaning and kitchen facilities, completely furnished, with student refrigerator, bed, TV, desk/and wheeled office arm chair, ceiling fan with light, bookcase, bureau, and a double window and large walk-in closet. No drugs allowed, no overnights, smoking ok on patio/pool area. Lease is month to month with a 2 month notice to vacate. Able to reside here for next summer semester too. Refundable security deposit after final walk through and no damage is found. You will be responsible to keep your bath and room neat and clean.
