Boardwalk At Alafaya Trail

I've lived at Boardwalk for the last 18 months and I love it. Only reason I am leaving is because I graduated. This community offers amenities such as a volleyball court, pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, and more. Our maintenance... staff is very courteous and quick to repair any work orders I submit. The rooms are fully furnished, and the apartment comes with every appliance one would need to live like a full laundry unit, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and more. There is a utility cap of $160 and this property does not require any "hidden" fees like parking, renter's insurance, or annoying service fees. If you choose to sublease from me, you are choosing to live comfortably at a low rate of $849 for solely the summer semester. After the lease ends July 31st, you would not be financially responsible for anything else on the property. I am looking to sublease to students who are looking for a two month rental before they move into another property! If you have any questions you can reach out to me at (954)-882-9082.
