4x4 Apt. Summer Sublet at The Aves next to UCF (All Male Apartment) (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This listing is only for a single bedroom and bathroom inside of a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom apartment. The Aves is a property located across the street from the UCF Main Campus, and is split into two separate buildings, or "phases". In each phase,... there are amenities such as a parking garage, pool area, study rooms, free shuttle to campus and back, gym, business center, and a lobby with a big TV and pool table. The specific apartment that I am advertising is on the second floor of one of the phases with a direct pool view. The apartment has a living room with a couch, TV, and small table, as well as a balcony. The kitchen comes with a built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and has an oven with a cooktop. Each room comes with a chair, desk, two dressers with two drawers each, a bed frame and mattress, and a TV attached to the wall. Although it is a 4x4 apartment, currently only three of the rooms are occupied. There may be an option to renew the lease for the Fall 2025 semester, but this would have to be confirmed by asking the front office. All utilities are included, however there is a cap put in place.
