Our newly remodeled villas offer modern comfort and style throughout, featuring brand-new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, walls, and flooring—completely... refreshed interiors in every unit. Each villa includes a convenient washer and dryer combo and off-street parking for added ease. All villas are available for rent, including an efficiency studio for $1,000 per month, a two-bedroom one-bath unit for $1,600 per month, a lakefront two-bedroom two-bath unit with carport for $2,000 per month, and a lakefront three-bedroom two-bath unit for $1,850 per month. Monthly electric and water usage is billed directly to the tenant through our platform. All units are move-in ready—be sure to check out our open house information.
