We have private rooms (shared bathroom) and a suite (600 sq. ft., private bathroom, and back patio) in a fully furnished house. Each room includes a lock and key, a queen-size bed (king-size for the suite) with a mattress, a desk, and a chair. We are... safe, quiet, and clean, with a cleaning lady coming every couple of weeks to maintain the common areas. The current roommates are mostly UCF students.
Requirements: • No smoking or illegal drug use • 1-year lease preferred • Single occupant preferred (+$200/month for an additional person) • Must be respectful of others’ privacy and safety • No parties • Background check and credit report required
