Former tenants are Siemens Corporate interns, Law intern, Medical students, Law enforcement, UCF PHD/Undergrads. Private room... located within 2 + miles of main campus of UCF Orlando and Siemens. Less than 10 minute drive to Full Sail. Nice home in a safe neighborhood, minutes to Aldi's South, National car rental,, supermarkets, Mall, movies, restaurants, major highways, 40 minute drive to Atlantic ocean, Disney World and Universal Studios. Rent includes, WiFi, a 3D printer use with your own supplies, WiFi printer, pool, air conditioning, kitchen facilities, completely furnished, with student refrigerator, queen bed, TV, desk/& wheeled office arm chair, ceiling fan with light, bookcase, bureau, and a double window and large walk-in closet. No drugs allowed, no overnights, smoking ok on patio/pool area. Lease is month to month with a 2 month notice to vacate. Able to reside here for next summer semester too. Refundable security deposit after final walk through and no damage is found. You- will be responsible to keep your bath and room neat and clean. Electricity, water and gas included., lawn and pool care included. $10.00 month extra for tower fan.
