I have not moved in yet, so the apartment will be ready for the new resident without having to wait for me to move out or remove any belongings. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease because although it’s a beautiful place, I was accepted into UCF Daytona and realized the commute wouldn’t be practical four days a week. I’d need housing closer to the Daytona campus instead. I am willing to pay the one-time $100 administration and $50 utility fee for my replacement resident. That leaves you with the application fee. Once you're approved and signed, it'll be an easy process moving forward.
