This is a very nice and well-maintained complex. Miss Shakara, who assisted me with the process of getting the apartment, was outstanding—she is both kind and knowledgeable about her job. Any maintenance issues were fixed quickly, and we were kept informed about activities and other relevant information.levant information.

I love my apt and living at the Vue. The apt is roomy and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. The amenities and activities are amazing. However, the distribution amount for the water bill needs to be reassessed. The bill is extremely high. The gates need to be maintained in working order. The key pad and my sticker sometimes do not work or the gate stays open. The fence in the dog park should be sturdier.

Living at Vue at The Ridge has been the best decision ever! The staff is accommodating and the property is well kept! Ari the maintenance supervisor worked diligently to on my work order! Best decision ever living here!!!

While the community itself is amazing, I love the location as well as close proximity to Orlando, major highways, restaurants, shopping, fire station, and hospital. The airport and brighline is also within fair traveling distance.

While management cannot walk behind and supervise all resident, the community is often clean except for a few small trash left by residents here and there. These are always cleaned almost immediately. Hallways and stairs are washed often and the landscape is well kept... . The pool is beautiful, clean and so is the gym.

Even though I have seen some resident walking their dogs with no doggie waste bag, I have personally haven't seen any dog mess anywhere in the hallway, or walkway.

The complex is also secured and I feel very safe here. I feel safe entering or walking around anytime of day or night including going to get mails and packages. The secured package concierge lockers are also amazing!

While the walls are not so thin, management team worked to address my previous noise issue with a neighbor. I felt my issue was taken seriously and I felt valued as a resident.

The management team are all amazing!! EVERYONE in the front office is always friendly, professional, respectful, patient, listens to and always address concerns.

Maintenance usually resolve Maintenance requests as early as the next day, given the time of day I place a request.

The price is fair for the layout and size of unit which feels like a smaller Single Family home (But does not need to increase hahaha) there is ample space for large furnishings, and lots of closet space for extra storage. I also like how wide the hallways are, no bumping into anyone.

I love and appreciate the elevator which most complex do not have. It is always clean and in working condition.

Management always have food truck, and or give aways at times to show resident appreciation, and activities to engage resident.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors talking next door and forget about sleeping in on weekends when you have someone living above you, it feels like elephant stomping. You can hear every step when they walk.
