Apartment Description
1. No Application Fee to apply (up to two applicants). Only $350.00 security deposit per apartment.
2. 5-minute walk to UCF campus. 2-minute walk to UCF free shuttle bus stop. Orlando public transit bus stop at the property.
3. Free services for 600... Mbps high speed internet and 100+ HDTV channels. Modem, HDTV set-top box, and router are also included at no extra charge.
4. We are not a student housing. We are a private apartment complex where you rent the whole apartment by yourself. You pick your own roommate, if you want one. You may add your mate's income to qualify.
5. Co-signers are accepted, if you do not qualify based on your income and/or credit history.
6. Free car parking.

Convenient and affordable

Living in university apartments for almost four years has been a blessing for our family. My son is a UCF student, and being just a short walk from campus has made our experience even better. I highly recommend it to parents like me who choose to move to Orlando from Miami.
Our manager, Eshrak, is very professional and truly cares about the residents. He is always kind, responsive, and helpful. The maintenance crew is excellent and quick to address any issues. Together, they create a comfortable... , well-maintained, and welcoming community.

Perfect for Students

Lived here for a little over a year and had a good experience. The manager is very kind and always attentive to any problems we had and maintenance was always very quick. The rent is very reasonable and very close to UCF, making it perfect for students. The buildings are older and there are issues that come with that but I feel like everything else offsets that. We likely would have stayed longer if we could have.

Perfect Solo Unit for a College Student

I lived at University Apartments for five years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s right in front of UCF, where I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while living here. There are plenty of amazing food options in the area, and parking was never an issue, which is rare for Orlando.
The price was very affordable, the bedroom was spacious, and the full apartment layout offered far more room than I expected. The website truly doesn’t... do these units justice — they’re even better in person.
The maintenance team deserves major appreciation. During my first week, my toilet was flushing slowly, and they arrived three minutes after I called. I was shocked, especially since my previous apartment took days to respond to brown water. It was a huge relief to have even small issues addressed so quickly here.
The management team is equally impressive. They foster a real sense of community, stay professional, keep residents updated on local events, and even help residents access free goods, free food, or opportunities to sell items and services. Their involvement genuinely makes the complex feel cared for.
The only reason I moved out is because my family simply outgrew the space. If not for that, I would have stayed without hesitation. I highly recommend University Apartments to anyone seeking a dependable, comfortable, and well-managed community near UCF.

Very Smooth!!

Since move-in in 2024, everything has been smooth and well-managed. The location is very practical — within walking distance to UCF and close to shopping options like Walmart and other stores. The premises are clean and consistently well-maintained.
Maintenance staff are timely, dependable, and handle issues smoothly. Management is responsive, professional, and always willing to explain things clearly. The community is pet-friendly with fair, considerate policies, and the parking space is... generally sufficient. Overall, it’s been a positive and comfortable living experience.
