Lived here for a little over a year and had a good experience. The manager is very kind and always attentive to any problems we had and maintenance was always very quick. The rent is very reasonable and very close to UCF, making it perfect for students. The buildings are older and there are issues that come with that but I feel like everything else offsets that. We likely would have stayed longer if we could have.

I lived at University Apartments for five years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s right in front of UCF, where I completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while living here. There are plenty of amazing food options in the area, and parking was never an issue, which is rare for Orlando.

The price was very affordable, the bedroom was spacious, and the full apartment layout offered far more room than I expected. The website truly doesn’t... do these units justice — they’re even better in person.

The maintenance team deserves major appreciation. During my first week, my toilet was flushing slowly, and they arrived three minutes after I called. I was shocked, especially since my previous apartment took days to respond to brown water. It was a huge relief to have even small issues addressed so quickly here.
