The Station Alafaya Townhome (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This Cloverhurst property is house 107, unit 105. It is connected to the sidewalk for the front entrance. This sidewalk is gated. Parking is never an issue as there are plenty of spaces and the spaces itself are roomy. The community has a dumpster to... dump trash. Although one has to do it themselves, a maintenance guy is typically patrolling around and ready to take it for you. The garage itself is 3 floors so if one chose to park there, you should have no problem finding space. The property itself is raised and just outside a flooding zone, so flooding was never an issue during hurricanes. The bedroom is plenty big and contains a queen bed and a large walk-in closet. For detailed information, you can check the floor plan on their website (the station alafaya). Each unit has its own bathroom, and this unit has an extra .5 bathroom on the first floor connected to the kitchen and living room. This unit contains a fully equipped and large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Everything is move in ready and the room has been cleaned thoroughly. The mattress has been switched out for a memory foam mattress at my request. There is also plenty of closet space in the halls for extra space. The carpeting on the 3rd floor, the unit I am subletting, was replace before I moved in but not on the second floor and its stairs. The first floor and all bathrooms contain vinyl flooring. The location itself, Oviedo is better than Orlando for a couple of reasons: better water pipes, separate electrical grid, and less crime. The water is cleaner than at some of the other places like knight circle of the retreat (they have old pipes). The electricity has also never gone out during the two years I’ve stayed on two different properties at the station. Crime is still a concern in some areas as carjacking and home invasion have occurred. The station is far away from those areas such as the place, the point, quad, etc. where it has been a concern.
