Just moved from Cali a couple months ago and I love it here. The apartments are updated and great looking. Also, the community is very quiet and homey, looked exactly like the virtual tour. Lacy was very knowledgeable and made moving a cake walk. Location location is amazing only a few minutes from downtown orlando and winter park. There is a Publix and restaurants that are walkable as well.

After living at the Elon for two years I can say overall it’s a ok place to live. The apartment is beautifully, but cheaply made. The bath tub chips, leaks in the walls every month or so, and some bugs. The good news is maintenance is very responsive so they will fix these problems quickly. The amenities are more hyped than they should be, the gym is the size of your bedroom (only big enough for about 2 people) and the dog park is a joke of a size but the pool is nice. You can get more for the... same amount of money elsewhere. Not to mention they’re constantly renovating something so expect to have lots of noise during the day if you’re anywhere near the pool. Not the best, not the worst, but wouldn’t recommend to any of my friends or family.

I absolutely love the Elon. I love the location. The unit is brand new and very modern with spacious rooms and new appliances. The staff is great as well. A great place for a couple!
