Common living space, extremely open. Fully furnished with a TV, dining table, stools for the counter, 2 living room chairs, and an extremely large couch. Great kitchen amenities that I've had no issues with during my time living here (Lived in 2... different units, both phenomenal). Roommates are extremely easy to get along with. Bedroom is spacious and includes a balcony, walk-in closet that is extremely open and flexible to change. Extremely nice bathroom. Washer/dryer located next to the specific unit on the 2nd floor. Corner unit in of a building. 5x5.5, but only 4 tenants will be in the apartment. Amenities for tenants include an extremely nice clubhouse that has study rooms, a great apartment gym (dumbells, barbells, cables, machines, treadmill, stairmaster, bikes), golf simulator, lounge area, and pool table. Extremely open pool deck and pool, including a hot tub and jumbotron that can be turned on when requested. Staff is great and complex has a groupme for general concerns that staff responds to accordingly.
