I’m looking to sublet my room at The Retreat East, an off-campus UCF student apartment at 1705 France Dr, Orlando, FL 32826. It’s super convenient, right near campus with a Publix directly behind the complex. You’d be living 3 other girls who are all... really sweet, respectful, and keep the place very clean and quiet. The apartment is fully furnished, including your private bedroom and bathroom, and the lease runs from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, with the option to renew. Rent is $1,140/month due on the 1st. There’s a $500 reassignment fee to take over the lease, but I’ll cover that. The floor plan is the Sunrise D2 4x4 with Wi-Fi, cable, and pest control included. Water and electricity aren’t included but are split evenly and stay affordable. Valet trash is picked up right outside our door. Parking is easy with a one-time $150 annual fee that covers unlimited parking in the garage or right in front of the unit. You’ll also have access to amazing amenities like a resort-style pool, two-story gym, lounge spaces, study areas, community events, and even a free UCF shuttle.
