Sutton Fields Townhome Community in St. Cloud offers a blend of modern convenience and stylish living. These newly built townhomes feature contemporary designs with open floor plans, sleek finishes, and energy-efficient appliances. Residents can... enjoy spacious living areas, well-appointed kitchens with high-end fixtures, and comfortable bedrooms. Many units include private outdoor spaces, like patios or balconies, and access to community amenities such as parks, walking trails, and possibly a clubhouse. The community is thoughtfully designed to provide a vibrant, friendly atmosphere while being conveniently located near shopping, dining, and local attractions.
When I first moved in, this community was amazing. The former site manager was helpful, personable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents and the neighborhood. Since she left in May, the difference has been impossible to ignore—and unfortunately, not in a good way.
There is now trash throughout the community, and management rarely seems to be present unless they are showing a property. The company appears more focused on collecting money than maintaining a clean, welcoming place for its current residents. I understand that this is a business, but residents should still feel that the community they pay to live in is being cared for.
If you simply need a quiet place to stay and don’t mind the cost, this may work as a short-term option. However, if you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained community where you don’t have to worry about your children or pets stepping in dog waste because some neighbors refuse to clean up after their animals, I would strongly reconsider.
I’m giving three stars because it is still quiet, and the management change was fairly recent. However, you can already see that the community is changing—and not for the better. Hopefully, management takes notice and makes improvements.

Definition Home
Great location, schools, shopping, food all nearby. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Outstanding floorplans, property kept clean and the best person to give you a tour of all of this is the property manager, Jill. She’s great! Keeps the community together with resident events. Loved my experience and knew this was home from the moment I took a tour and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Amazing home and service
Honestly, such a good experience! Jillian who helped us was AMAZING. She walked us through everything, explained things clearly, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. Super kind, super patient, and really made us feel comfortable the entire time. The community itself is really nice too, but the service was what stood out the most. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Quaint and quiet.
Live in a neighborhood that starts to feel like family. Where you look forward to community events and know each other names. It all starts from the top, our leading managing, Jillian. She truly cares about this neighborhood and the people who live here. Constantly thinking of ways make this feel like a true neighborhood and and make living here fun.ALWAYS going above and beyond. I’ve never had a leasing manager like her, she truly cares for her residents and she is the reason I decided to live here.
