Excellent Property!

I've been living here at Summerlin for the past five years, and have nothing but positive remarks about the property and management staff. The property is clean and well maintained, creating an ideal living community. The apartment units are in excellent condition, and I absolutely love my newly renovated 2/2.
Rosalind, the assistant manager, is always helpful and friendly and has a great rapport with the residents. She is willing to make any accommodation necessary to meet your needs or... requests. Rosalind has been part of the management team since I moved in, and I couldn't ask for a more professional and sincere manager in the office.
The maintenance staff is friendly and diligent. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient, and they will resolve any work order in a timely fashion. They fixed my leaking washer on the spot and have also helped with other requests in my apartment.
The new manager, Sharlene, has been a great addition to the team! I have spoken to her several times, and she truly loves the property and the community who live here.
Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone in the Orlando area looking for a clean and quiet community with a professional management team.
