I am looking for a roommate to occupy a room in a 2x2 apartment starting on April 24. It's not a UCF off-campus housing, but it's close to 2 of them, so you would have access... to the shuttle in a 3/5min walk.
If I renew by Feb 23, the rent is $2009 (utilities are around $160, so $80 for 2). The apartment has a good living room and kitchen with new appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, all new!) and a nice balcony. The condo is 8min drive to UCF and has:

I already furnished all the apt. My current roommate (who is leaving because she's moving to another state) will let her keep her furniture, so don't worry about this. Unless you don't want it, I can get rid of her room furniture.
