Private Bedroom in Immaculate, Luxury Home.

Large 2nd floor bedroom for rent with walk-in closet. Jack-and-Jill style bathroom is shared with one other tenant. This is a huge, gorgeous house in an upscale neighborhood.

My dog lives in the house with me, so you MUST BE A DOG-LOVER. In... fact, if you are agreeable to watching my dog when I'm away on business, a rent discount can be discussed. Currently, both the other tenant any myself are male. I'm not opposed to a female roommate.

Amenities include a well-lit, spacious study area also on the 2nd floor, a washer/dryer, large back yard with patio, and access to the neighborhood pool.

You have your own assigned cabinet, fridge and freezer space. The large first floor dining area is great for group study, and the upstairs study area is also suitable for a small group. The fenced backyard has a gate that opens to a field that is about half the size of a football field, where outdoor activities could be enjoyed.

There is another full bathroom on the ground floor, in case the shared one is occupied.

The community has several small, quiet parks which are also ideal for studying. Publix, 7-11 and restaurants are just 3 miles away. Narcoossee area shopping centers are only 5 miles away.

High speed internet and all other utilities are included. There is no cable TV.

The house has nearby neighbors, so get-togethers are allowed, but loud parties are prohibited.

I sleep in the upstairs master bedroom, and the temperature upstairs can't be below 72 degrees at night, or I won't sleep well.
