You'll share the kitchen (fridge, sink, stove/oven), main room, and washer & dryer with 3 other roommates
You'd be taking over for the Spring/Summer which is the rest of the lease which would be about Jan 3rd to July 25th.
The room has been kept very clean, and the whole apartment has gotten updated flooring as of this year.
