3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Two bedrooms for rent. The two who rent would primarily share a bathroom/shower, as I have the master bed/bath. Screened in porch. Island in the kitchen. Washer and dryer near... kitchen and garage. The sink has a garbage disposal. I already have most appliances and utensils. The house comes with a dishwasher, oven, counter conventional oven, coffee pot, and microwave. There are two fridges/freezers one in the kitchen and one in the garage.
Quiet neighborhood, with not a lot (if any) road noise. (speaking as a light sleeper)
It is in an HOA (included in rent) so no loud noises past 10pm.
Small backyard but big enough to grill or have a campfire with people.
I have 2 cats that live inside, the landlady has two cats that live outside.
No additional pets.
The lease can be any time from now until June (when I/we need to renew it)
