It is a very fun and nice environment to be living in. there are a lot of amenities and the security team is very vigilant. The maintenance team is also very on top of everything

It is a fine residence to live in. The rent is fair although it can jump from time to time. It might be 7 minutes driving to campus it is next to the Publix and Walmart which is really convenient

love living here! so clean, quiet, and friendly. when i have problems they have people come asap and get the problem resolved. the pool is huge and so nice.

Very responsive staff. Any issue that has been addressed to my roommates and I have always been pleasant and respectful.
The location is probably the best in the UCF area, quiet and surrounding businesses that you can walk to are very nice for those who don't own a car.
