Modera Creative Village is a good place to live with your family. It is located close to downtown and has an amazing park in the front where you can walk in the evenings.

The modera creative village team is the best one from my leasing experience so far! We've been here since September and we had no issues except with our neighbors' noise from upstairs (its not the teams fault ofc but I thank them for trying their best to make it easier for us). I really value their kindness and responsiveness. The apartment itself is beautiful!

I’ve had a really good experience at Modera so far. The building feels modern, clean, and well taken care of. The lobby and common areas give it a nice, upscale vibe without feeling too much. My apartment itself is super bright with big windows, a great layout, and finishes that actually feel high-quality. It’s quiet, comfortable, and everything looks new.
The amenities are definitely a highlight. The gym has everything I need, the pool area is really relaxing, and the package system makes life... easier. I also feel safe—access is secure, and the staff has been helpful and responsive.
The location is another big plus. It’s close to what I need, and getting around is easy. Overall, Modera has felt like a really solid place to live. It’s not the cheapest option, but for the quality and convenience, I feel like it’s worth it.
