I have not moved in yet, so the apartment will be ready for the new resident without having to wait for me to move out or remove any belongings. Orion is currently advertising this floor plan at $985–$995 per month. The replacement resident will sign a new lease directly with Orion at the current market rate for this rental unit. Please keep in mind that Orion’s current market rate is subject to change.

I’m looking for someone to take over the lease because although it’s a beautiful place, I was accepted into UCF Daytona and realized the commute wouldn’t be practical four days a week. I’d need housing closer to the Daytona campus instead. I am willing to pay the $100 administration fee for my replacement resident. That leaves you with the one-time utility and application fees. Once you're approved and signed, it'll be an easy process moving forward.
