For Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook
This apartment is quiet. In a great neighborhood but you are limited in internet providers. It takes a while for maintance to get to your request. The property is kept up with. They don't offer any discounts for military.

I really love living at Knightsbridge because the location is perfect. My husband and I live really close to 3 major toll roads and there is so much to do in our area. Living close to UCF is hard because there are so many people living there but there is much less traffic living a little further south where we live and it feels much safer.

What I love best about living at Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook is the fact that I can live so close to the action at UCF (about 15 minutes) and Waterford Lakes (< 10 minutes) but also live in a nice suburban feeling tucked away part of Orlando. It's a very safe neighborhood without a ridiculous rent price. The layout my husband and I chose is a one bedroom/1 bathroom that includes a loft area with great ceiling height that's perfect for guests. We have 2 medium sized dogs too so it's sometimes hard to find a pet friendly place with space to walk them, but Knightsbridge delivers on both of those accounts!

Things aren't as they seem when you first deal with the leasing consultants as a prospective tenant. I'm sure they seem courteous, helpful, professional, and friendly, as most leasing consultants are when they're trying to sell you a product. ZRS is not customer service oriented towards their TENANTS. They either ignore or severely delay responding to maintenance requests, and would rather ignore serious problems that occur here than choose to deal with them. They will come up with excuses to explain why they aren't dealing with important matters and then get angry, threatening, and retaliate when a tenant tries to hold THEM accountable to abiding by their landlord responsibilities in the lease (or when they are caught in a lie!) I don't know why the owners discontinued their contract with the previous property management company. I do know that it is foolish for the owners and/or new property management to think that all of the prior problems can be turned around in six or so months and not cause problems, as a result, for their existing tenants. They're trying to maximize profit for the owners while minimizing expenditures as much as possible in an unreasonable amount of time. This should not be achieved on the backs of their tenants. An educated, experienced, and effective property manager knows that they shouldn't only be focused on making the community look clean and tidy. Nor should they be only concerned with putting their hand out when rent is due. Sure those things are important, but so are the people who decided to lease based on your empty promises. It should NOT just be about getting people in the door and their commitment to you, as a tenant, ends there. Tenants were sold a product which they are paying for and it is management's job to live up to the tenant's expectations. If you expect to have tenants adhere to the lease, then property management should also abide by it. If you decide to lease here, it is my sincere hope that your experience is completely different than what mine has been. I am only trying to offer a different perspective than what is initially presented to you by the leasing consultants. While nothing in life is perfect, I have always tried to have my "home" be my escape from the pressures that life has to offer in the outside world. I have come to realize that the time and money I have spent thinking about this place is just not worth it.
