Harper Grand

I’m looking for one tenant for a 3x2 first floor apartment with W/D in a separate room and full kitchen with gas appliances. This roommate would be sharing a bathroom with me. Please be okay with one cat and a big energetic dog. You can also bring... your own animals if you are able to pay the pet fee or waive it for service dog/ESA(s), but please keep in mind that my dog is big and energetic/playful with other animals. There’s a lake next to the apartment, a pool and a gym. I can send pics, it’s really pretty and serene. I absolutely love it here. Less than 5 min from several supermarkets, shopping areas, and restaurants. My income is unstable and I am on SSI and do DoorDash and art sales, but my roommate has a stable job. Everyone will always pay an equal portion of rent and utilities to all other residents. Full rent is $2022/month, and utilities vary but are not expensive. Split 3 ways, that is $674/person, which is what I currently pay, plus 1/3 of utilities. The leasing office is okay with either our combined income being 2.5x the full rent, or us putting a guarantor on the lease who makes 3x full rent.
