Professional female seeking a female roommate. Currently 1 female UF PhD Pharmacy student and 1 UCF Nursing student resides here. $850/month includes your own room (furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, desk and chair), shared bathroom, community... pool, dock access to Lake Nona, tennis courts, and all utilities. Rest of house is completely furnished! Townhome is located in Waters Edge, a gated community 15-20 minutes away from the UCF COM campus. No pets please. Two cats do live on the premises. Entire house is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Room would be available June 2026, possibly a couple of weeks earlier.
