Furnished Bedroom available for rent 6/1/2026 - FEMALES ONLY

Hi all I am looking for a roommate to rent out a furnished room available June 1st, 2026 in a quiet, established neighborhood. Rent would be $1000/month and include all utilities other than electricity. The house location is in Winter Park about 15... minutes from UCF. Access to main living areas such as kitchen, living/dining room, back porch, and garage are open to roommate for use. Amenities include indoor laundry room, screened in back porch, fire pit, indoor fireplace, fenced in backyard, free parking, and public lake access. I do have 2 small dogs, and 1 indoor/outdoor cat. Small caged pets/fish allowed, but no other cats or dogs allowed. Let me know if interested!
