Rental Criteria: Prospective tenants will need to complete a rental application and consent to a background and credit check.

EMPLOYMENT: Prospective tenants must have verifiable current employment with a minimum of six months of employment history or a verifiable source of income. Three months of recent bank statements are required.
CREDIT SCORE: A minimum credit score of 650 is preferred. Applicants may be denied for certain criminal convictions that could impact resident safety or property security.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of occupants allowed is three.
