Great Location at Deans Landing off of Dean road and McCollough road. Only 3.9 miles to UCF. Safe location on a quite cul-de-sac. One room for rent in my home. All amenities are available like an Airbnb. You will have your own living room already... furnished and private bathroom. Your own refrigerator located in the garage. Ice cold A/C which was installed one year ago. Access to the kitchen with all the essentials. Access to the back covered porch with A/C. Your parking available on the driveway. Twin size bed is not shown but will supply, along with two night stands.
We would consider the possibility, if you have a friend that needs a room, we have an extra room but you would share your bathroom and the rent would be 950 dollars a piece per month. High speed Fiber Optic WIFI and water and electric would be split between my son and you.
Close to 417 and Publix and Walgreens and all the bars and restaurants. As far as pets we will consider one cat but no dogs. A little about us, me and my wife owns the home and she is retired school teach for 30 years and I'm a retired deputy sheriff and Fire Lieutenant for Orange County Fire Dept for 35 years. My son lives in the home and is a UCF graduate in Film study and works full time Monday thru Friday. He also owns a very lay back cat. We do not hold parties or loud music. Family run home which study is the focus.
