The property manager, Samantha, along with her dedicated team members Carlos and Bruce, consistently demonstrate attentiveness and responsiveness to residents’ needs, ensuring a superior quality of life. My wife and I are genuinely fond of the Avida community and eagerly anticipate future developments.

Great move in. Carlos and the property manager were excellent to deal with. Clean property, good communication. Great first day and night. Excited for the next chapter for us at Avida.

Pretty good so far. Anna in the office is very friendly and helpful. They allow pets. There are elevators. The office, gym, mailroom, etc are at the very front of the property which is not a pleasant walk in the heat but it’s only about 5 mins to walk there. The pool is very pretty though I have not used it yet.

Great place to live and no reason to move. Facilities are great, regular food & coffee trucks at a time that suits everyone (thank you for adjusting).
