This is a great place to live, location is everything. We will miss it. Big thanks to Katrina . Chris and Olga in the leasing office they were really great to us from start to finish. Rent in Orlando has skyrocketed no question but the Staff and Maintenance team were always , attentive to our needs that is saying alot , we also always felt safe 2yrs and incident free We will miss it ! The screened in spacious balcony was a huge plus.

I couldn’t recommend this complex less. I’ve had such a terrible experience here.
I saw the listing for my unit online and the price for it was cheaper than it’s actually listed for, and they were willing to give it to me for that price— one of the very few things they did right.
I had just started moving into the unit and discovered a horrible flea problem. They moved me to a different apartment after my being persistent, and they gave it to me for the same price I was promised.
My upstairs... neighbors are extremely loud, the leasing manager Katrina told me all upper units are carpeted for noise, but that didn’t mean anything, every noise or footstep they made was still so loud. And Katrina in the office wasn’t very nice, she only cared when I moved in, then she was just so difficult afterward. Couldn’t have cared less about the complaints I had or anything.
The complex is dirty, nobody ever picks up after their dogs and they don’t do anything about it. Maintenance is terrible and inconvenient. The gates are ALWAYS broken. Parking is an absolute nightmare, rarely am able to find a spot outside my own building.
This place is NOT worth the price and fees. Don’t give this complex any money!

I have been living at Ashton since August 2019. The apartment is spacious and has lots of light and high ceilings from being on the 3rd floor. It's safe but there are some occasions of cops coming and the complex never letting us know why.
Appliances and detail to the apartment is bad. There are huge gaps in the walls where appliances are, and under countertops, sinks, etc., its all open and has led to serious bug problems. For the first year and more, we had a roach problem. Usually we'd find... them in/around the dishwasher, the laundry room, and the front door, but we sometimes found them on walls and I have found one on my nightstand, bathroom counter, and in my closet (no food or mess). It took pest control coming many times and us using our own methods to reduce it and now we have only seen one or two in the last few months. There are also ants and silverfish and occasionally spiders, but they are not a huge problem. Most residents are nice and respectful but since COVID it seems neighbors have become louder with their music, fights, etc. and walls are somewhat thin. This definitely isn't a terrible place to live but be prepared for bugs and noise.

The rudest and most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The new management made me and lots of my neighbors move out. Nothing ever works properly and they'll charge you a lot of money them. Do not waist your money and time.

The leasing desk people are very dishonest regarding the rent and extra fees. For instance, once your lease is ended they offer you a renewal with a considerable increase in the rent, never take it!!! You will notice that they will put the unit in the market with a much lower rate than you've been already paying.
There are monthly fees for pest control but the place has a serious roach problem!
The breezeways are dirty and they do not care about scheduling a pressure washing!
The community is... gated but most of the time one of the gates is broken and open!
A great deal of noise comes from the floors above!
All in all, avoid this community, there are much better places with the same or lower price ranges that don't have these issues.
