This property includes access to a full gym, personal trainer/nutrition coach, lifestyle coach, full use of kitchen, living room, dining room. first & last month rent required to move in + security deposit, payment is due on the 1st of every month. Bedrooms are fully furnished (only).

GYM: free weights, Pull-ups bars, sandbags, ski erg, row machine, assault runner, assault bike, cable hook-up, full Crossfit Rig, 15' rope climb, sauna, and cold plunge.

Description of location: located in East Orlando, just 35 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/beaches/downtown Orlando/ Disney World and 15-20 minutes from UCF campus/Orlando Airport/ Waterford area

Description of Property: 3 bed/ 2 bath house. The two guest rooms and office share a jack and Jill bathroom. Guest rooms are 10 x 12 ft, both with wood floors. you'll be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. Room comes with a Queen memory foam bed, pillows, dressers, closet, desk & chair and monitor hook-ups for laptop.

Description me: I am an engineer of 12 years working out at Kennedy Space Center, I'm basically a rocket scientist with a Bachelor's in aerospace engineering. I also do crossfit, tactical training, country swing dance and working on a bunch of other skills. I have my Master's in Kinesiology from UCF. I am a certified strength & conditioning speciliast (NSCA), a certified personal trainer (NSCA), Crossfit L1 Trainer (CF-L1), I communicate well and I don't put up with drama. I have two blue nose pitbulls that love humans, so must be good with dogs (Say hello to your security team).

Weekly you'll find me doing these things:
- Work for 8-9 hours per day on rockets
- Work 2-4 hours per day on nutrition, fitness, my business
- workout 3 times per week
- Church On Sunday
- Meal Prepping

Description of Potential Renter: Clean, professional and respectful. Very communicative and honest, steady income, NO pets, No smoking. Male or female. Someone who cares about their health and is active. No space for storage other than your closet. Visitors are allowed, just let the household know prior to so we can be respectful and vice versa. Room is fully furnished. cannot bring your own furniture. If you want something, you can ask.
