This apartment is a D3 4x4 Premium Top Floor. This apartment is top floor, has a massive balcony, and gets plenty of natural light. There are currently 3 male roommates who are clean and friendly. The apartment is very close to the elevator and... stairwell. The apartment gives off a modern vibe with a beautiful kitchen and a new washer and dryer. The building is only just turning two years old and there are no pest problems. The apartment building itself is in very close proximity to the UCF campus as well as a Wawa, Chipotle, Steak and Shake, Panda Express, and much more. The building itself is very safe as there is a security company that patrols the building. I really like this building and my roommates and I would stay but I want to try living somewhere else with some other friends for a year. If you are interested contact me at any time.
