Room is 10' x 9' and has a mini fridge, microwave, desk, small closet, WiFi and TV (no cable). Bathroom is shared with one of the owners. Property has a gym, pool, and lots of grassy areas. Nearby there's a gas station, Target,... and the Florida Mall. Bus lines go directly to mall, SunRail, and airport.

Owners live on property. One of us works during the day and the other works from home at night. The cat is unemployed. We are looking for a clean quiet person, students welcome. Everyone respects each others' personal property and boundaries.
