Being considerate of noise is important. Residents are expected to use headphones when listening to music, watching videos, gaming or other audio, and to keep phone calls off speakerphone in shared/common areas.

Rental Options • Private Bedroom — $1,250/month for single occupancy • Private Bedroom — $1,850/month for a couple • Shared Twin Bedroom — $995/month per person, with each resident having their own separate twin bed Couples Option: The two twin beds in the larger shared bedroom can be combined to create a king-style sleeping arrangement. For couples who prefer this setup, the room is available for $2,150/month total, reflecting double occupancy and the larger private room configuration.
Security Deposit: $500 per person.

A Peaceful & Considerate Shared Home This is intended to be a quiet, respectful household rather than a social or party house.
• Please be mindful of noise and use headphones when appropriate • Speakerphone calls are not permitted in shared/common areas • Shared spaces should be left clean and tidy after use • No parties or gatherings • Visitors are not permitted to use the home as a social or hangout space • No overnight guests or sleepovers • Unauthorized overnight guests are subject to a $100 per-night charge, as outlined in the rental agreement
A Little Extra I’d like this to feel like more than just a place to rent a room. My goal is to maintain a peaceful, comfortable and welcoming home environment where everyone can enjoy their own space while being considerate of the people they live with.
From time to time, there may be little surprise snacks or treats, and for those who are interested, occasional game nights or movie nights with popcorn and refreshments.
