Hello! I am a graduating student this semester at UCF and I am reletting my lease for the upcoming term at the Plaza on University (off-campus) from 01/08/2025 - 31/07/2026. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the apartment, with a shared living... room, kitchen with washing machine, and balcony. There is a shared laundry and dryer in the apartment. The whole size of the apartment is 1498 sqft., with the deluxe room being approximately 270 sqft. (largest of the 4 rooms).There's a complimentary gym, pool, study room, and entertainment area access on the plaza. It is situated right above bars and restaurants, and about 5-10 minutes walking distance across the UCF campus in addition to a UCF shuttle on the plaza. My current lease has no garage parking; however, this can be discussed with the Plaza on University to include it.
