My year at Vale East Apartments was far from the luxurious experience it appeared to be. From the beginning, their lack of responsiveness was evident, as they rarely answered phone calls. Upon moving in, I was asked to sign a new lease due to their error in room allocation. Issues with my roommate's misuse of my belongings further added to my frustration. The management's constant change of move-in plans, without adequate communication, disrupted my settling process multiple times.

Despite... marketing themselves as luxurious, the amenities were consistently subpar. The sauna, bowling rink, VR gaming system, and pool area were often in disrepair or missing essential features. The imposition of a curfew at the pool felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

To top it off, their financial management was a disaster. Upon moving out, I received an eviction notice for unpaid rent in August, despite vacating in July. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card for two months' rent after my departure. Their handling of this issue lacked professionalism and responsibility.

The overall administration of Vale East Apartments leaves much to be desired. It seems they use events and free food to distract from their operational inadequacies. I strongly caution prospective tenants against renting here. There are undoubtedly better options closer to UCF and Full Sail campuses.

Over price fro no reason. Every year the prices change for the people to live in. The walls are very thin. Ready to move out!

Overall experience was great a few issues at the beginning but the staff especially Ashley and the Manager Keri took care of the issues immediately. There seems to be a staff shortage they defiantly need more help although Ashley knows the job it’s way to much for one individual to accomplish in a satisfactory manner. Vale East makes promises it does not keep. It is located over five miles from Full Sail University and when we were virtually touring the facility, it was discussed and promised that a shuttle would be available at any time a student had classes 24/7. This was communicated to people signing the lease as well as Full Sail’s housing office. We signed a lease and now the shuttle is not available at all times needed.
