The apartment has a NEW washer and dryer in the unit, allocated in a separate room (Installed this year). The kitchen includes appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher). There is plenty of space for storage with the cabinets and the pantry.
The living room area includes a table with chairs (dining). We also moved in and received new couches (2024) that came with a TV.
