Two-step application process is required. The initial application is first completed on the RPM Vanguard website at a cost of $45 per adult. Upon approval by RPM Vanguard, a separate application is required for final approval by Cove at Pearl Lake Condominium Association at a cost of $100 per adult or $150 per married couple. The initial RPM Vanguard application fee of $45 will be credited back to the new tenant upon move-in.
